A Message from Melissa

The Pilates program is a unique method of resistance control exercise designed to strengthen and stretch muscles, open up joints and release tension. It is a gentle, whole-body conditioning program, which is individually tailored to suit your needs. The studio's aim is to ensure your time spent with us will be as beneficial and enjoyable as possible.

When you arrive, you will be asked to complete a Client Record Sheet to ensure each staff member is aware of your goals and any additional information regarding your injuries or conditions. We also ask that you bring along any relevant medical records (x-rays, phsio letters etc), which will aid us during your postural assessment to develop an appropriate program for you.

To assist both yourself and the studio, we have put together some general information you will need to be aware of for your sessions.

We know that you will thoroughly enjoy your Pilates experience and the benefits gained from improved posture, agility and flexibility!
